Keith Williams is the heart and driving force behind Willows Realty Group. With 28 years of real estate experience in Durham Region, Keith has built a reputation for excellence, trust, and results. His approach is simple but powerful: build lasting relationships, solve problems, and always put the client first.

A licensed Broker, Keith achieved a rare perfect score—100%—on his Broker’s exam, highlighting his deep knowledge and commitment to his craft. He has furthered his education with elite designations, including Master Certified Negotiation Expert (MCNE), Senior's Real Estate Specialist (SRES), and Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR).

Keith’s career has been recognized with some of the industry's highest honours, including the prestigious RE/MAX Hall of Fame and RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement Awards. Under his leadership, The Willows Realty Group has earned multiple Reader’s Choice and Top Choice Awards for outstanding service and community impact.

Before real estate, Keith founded and built Canada’s largest distributor of print music—an experience that sharpened his business instincts and people skills, which now form the foundation of his client-focused approach in real estate.

Passionate about giving back, Keith serves as Chair of the Economic Advisory Committee in Scugog Township and supports numerous local causes through The Willows Group. These include Operation Scugog, Oak Ridges Hospice, the Port Perry Hospital Foundation, Women’s Breast Cancer initiatives, Big Brothers Big Sisters North Durham, SickKids Hospital, Port Perry Walk for Guide Dogs, McDonald’s McHappy Day, and more.

Lisa C. Follows brings over a decade of corporate experience to her real estate career. Before co-founding The Willows Group, she successfully ran her own consulting firm and worked with leading research companies and multinational organizations. Her background in think tanks, pharmaceuticals, and innovation has given her a unique ability to understand market complexities and solve problems with precision, making her a strong advocate for homeowners in any market condition.

She has earned her Broker designation and completed several advanced real estate programs, including certifications as a Master Certified Negotiation Expert, Seniors Real Estate Specialist, Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, and Accredited Real Estate Negotiator. Her commitment to excellence has led to numerous accolades, including the RE/MAX Hall of Fame, the RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement Award, and recognition in both the RE/MAX Chairman’s Club and Titan Club.

Beyond her professional success, Lisa is deeply involved in the community. She supports a variety of charitable initiatives through The Willows Group and serves on the Tourism Advisory Committee for the Township of Scugog.
